Spacial intervention in the former Centro de Empreendedorismo / FAAP, São Paolo, Brazil, 2018

This project involved building a temporary site specific installation during a unique opportunity where renovations were being made to a department at FAAP university, Sao Paulo. This intervention is an experimental process where over a short period the artists go underground three days to build a temporary site specific installation.
The site is a cave like space that is in a rapid state of transition and reconstruction. By re-appropriating the existing materials, re-purposing and rebuilding, the aim was to experiment with the process of working simultaneously alongside the construction workers as they try to deconstruct the space. The outcome was a series of site specific installation that used only the materials in the space.
